Participating in the International Summer School for Youth and Heritage
The 18th International Summer School Youth and Heritage has begun. It is being held in collaboration between the Arab Regional Centre for World Heritage (ARC-WH), the International Forum Bosnia and ICCROM Sharjah, and is included in ARC-WH’s initiative #Arab Youth for Heritage.
ARC-WH supported four students from the University of Bahrain and the German University for Technology in Oman to participate in the summer school, which is being held in Sarajevo, Mostar and Stolac, Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 27 July to 12 August 2023.
The mayor of Sarajevo welcomed the students to the City Hall where they learned about the destruction and reconstruction of important monuments.
