Arab regional meeting on the role and aspirations of the Arab Regional Center for World Heritage to support the efforts of the Arab countries in the preservation of the heritage of humanity

The Arab Regional Centre for World Heritage organized earlier today, Monday the 14th of December 2020, a virtual regional Arab meeting, on the role of the Centre and its aspirations to support the efforts of Arab countries in preserving the heritage of humanity. The meeting was held with the presence of her Her Excellency Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Centre’s Board of Directors, His Excellency Mr. Samir Al-Dhahr, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Morocco to UNESCO and Head of the Arab Group, Ms. May Al-Shaer, Head of the Arab Countries Unit at the World Heritage Centre, in addition to the presence of their Excellencies Ambassadors of Arab countries to the UNESCO, World Heritage Focal Points of the Arab States and a Group of Arab Experts.
