Coinciding with Bahrain-European environment week, ARC-WH launched the translated publication “Case Studies on Climate Change and World Heritage”, which includes studies and research carried out to understand the impacts of climate change on cultural and natural sites worldwide. The book was published by UNESCO in 2007, has had three reprints, and has been translated into French and Spanish. Featured in this book are 26 case studies on World Heritage sites and their vulnerability to climate change with recommended adaptation measures.
