ARC-WH participated in the two-day workshop from 19 to 20 March 2022, entitled ‘Restoring Syrian heritage & reviving local communities’ held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The workshop was organised by the Syrian Trust for Development. The objective of the workshop was to create a call to action for the conservation and reconstruction of Syria’s cultural heritage and the communities that live within the vicinity of sites, with a particular focus on Syria’s six UNESCO World Heritage sites.
