ARC-WH was invited by the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) to participate in the 23rd Conference on Archaeology and Cultural Heritage in the Arab World, held in Amman, Jordan, organized in collaboration with the Department of Antiquities in Jordan. ARC-WH gave an overview of the preparation and mechanisms of the nomination file process, as well as the nomination format and content, during a session dedicated to the preparation of nomination files for the submission of sites on the World Heritage List.
