The Arab Regional Centre for World Heritage (ARC-WH) organised a workshop for heritage professionals and experts from Palestine and Libya on the “Mechanisms and Concepts of the World Heritage Convention”. The workshop took place from 28 January to 4 February 2018 at its premises in Manama, Bahrain. The workshop was jointly organised with ICCROM-ATHAR and kept in line with the “Policy for the Integration of a sustainable development perspective into the processes of the World Heritage Convention” adopted by UNESCO’s General Assembly of the States Parties to the Convention at its 20th session in Paris, 2015.
