The Tabe’a Programme conducted a mission organised by the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH) to the State Party of Saudi Arabia between 18 to 21 September 2016. The mission came as a response to the request by the SCTH for technical advice on the identification of potential natural World Heritage sites in Saudi Arabia, as well as for assistance in the development of a national action plan for the natural heritage programme.
